Gentle and mindful yoga classes aimed at re-mapping the mind/body relationship through stretches and movement. It has helped make me more alert to the bad postural habits of a lifetime, whilst the poses help to relax, strengthen and support the body. Sevi is a thoughtful and generous teacher, whose natural enthusiasm to encourage and explain just adds to the enjoyment. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Sevi is a fantastic yoga teacher. I have been attending her classes for over three years now. She tailors the sessions to suit all abilities and makes them fully inclusive. She is very skilled and knowledgeable, using classes also to teach ways in which to reconnect with the body and move more mindfully. Would highly recommend to anyone for maintaining flexibility and strength as well as mental well-being.
