These sessions are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are available exclusively as a block booking.
Please feel free to contact me if you’re unable to book a class or would like to join the mailing list for updates on future dates.
All classes are offered on a course/termly basis which are usually 6 to 8 weeks in length. Fees to be paid in full, in advance of the course starting. A typical 6 weeks course is £60.00 if paid in advance.
Refunds
Courses can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to their commencement and a full refund or transfer to another course can be requested. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
There are no refunds available for missed classes, but you are welcome to request attending another session to make up for the missed class, subject to availability.
If I have to cancel a course, a full refund will be given. If I have to cancel sessions, they will be rescheduled, or a refund will be issued upon request.
What to bring:
– Please bring your own mat
– A little blanket for support and comfort
– A belt (an old dressing gown belt will do)

Arriving time:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts
